• What do I get for my entry fee?

  A great route; fully stocked aid station; tea, coffee and cake available when you finish; a quality T shirt and medal; Safety and Medical cover throughout the event; free parking; changing facilities and bag drop; sponsors displays; cafe for spectators.

• What time do the races start?

  Longest distance first ? 81km at 0900;  54km at 0930;  45km at 1000; 27km at 1030.

• Is there any mandatory kit?

  No ? but we do recommend wearing trail shoes and carrying a charged mobile ?phone.

• Do relay team members have to complete a minimum number of laps

  There are relay team options at all four distances - 27km; 45km; 54km; 81km.  Relay teams can be comprised of 2 or 3 runners and it is up to the team how many laps each runner completes - provided all complete at least one, with a changeover after every lap. The last lap can be run by all of the relay team members

• Can relay teams run the last lap together

  Relay teams members are welcome to run the last lap of their chosen distance together
